PTFE:

ETFE:

1、The structure is light, light transmittance is good, life span is more than 20 years; high self-cleaning, fire retardant B1 grade; highly specialized processing technology and strict construction procedures

2ETFE membrane structure is directly produced from ETFE.

3、ETFE not only has excellent impact resistance, thermal stability and chemical resistance, but also has high mechanical strength.

4、Good resistance, high tensile strength, not easy to tear, strong weathering and chemical corrosion resistance, melting temperature up to 200 C; outstanding acoustic function

5、The self-cleaning function makes the appearance difficult to stain, and the rain washes away a few dirt that is stained. The cleaning cycle is about 5 years


PVDF membrane material is coated with PVC resin on high-strength polyester fiber cloth. In order to solve the problem of self-cleaning of PVC membrane material, PVDF (polyvinylidene fluoroacetate resin) is usually coated on PVC coating

PVDF membrane material is a temporary construction membrane material. Compared with PTFE membrane material, its self-cleaning energy is poor, and it is easy to turn yellowish and its self-cleaning performance is declining. It is gradually replaced by high-end membrane materials such as PTFE
